Sezen Aksu’s thoughts about the civil movement that began in Gezi Park...

From the square, a new world is described. The new world wants a new language. And this new language comes from the streets.

These unguided, leaderless, ageless, sexless, rootless, even seemingly uncompromising people wrote a note in history. They created the most gentle, the most caring and the most compassionate words of solidarity, showing the non-transferable rights of humans.

We must all learn this language and develop it. This language will bring us to an unlimited, uncensored, noncustodial, free and civilized future….
